Yep, you totally can use these wet. The Coastal Scents palette is the same as the Elite Pro (but just under a different name.) I’ve used mine wet before and it works great.

Hi Tirsha. If I were to buy Coastal scents makeup palette (which I’m keen on) – can it be applied with a wet brush? On researching Coastal scents palette I couldn’t find this info. Plz do let me know, as i’m desperately trying to find something like “Elite Pro”.
