How Do You Store Your Makeup?

Recently, BellaSugar had a post about makeup organization: What Is Your Makeup Organizing Method? They showed how they organize their makeup, and boy! They sure have a lot!

As I sit here eating a bagel with tofu cream cheese (tofu!), I was inspired by this, so I thought I’d show everyone my makeup setup.

This was an old makeup box I got at a department store many years ago. It was full of cheap makeup, which I’ve since gotten rid of.

Now, the left two spots are for eyes. That means all of my miscellaneous shadows, eyeliners and mascaras. On the left, we have two spots for lip gloss and lip stick. Lots! The bottom compartment is for face stuff, like foundation, powder and blush, as well as any makeup brushes.

I’m actually running out of space in this thing now. I have a hard time shutting it. Picture the cartoons and old movies of someone stuffing far too much clothes into their suitcase and having to sit on it to get it closed. Similar for this, although I think I’d break it if I sat on it!

This is how I store makeup! I keep the rest of my skin care products in the medicine cabinet. How do you do it? Have some pictures? Link to them so we all can see!
