i just recently your falsies volume and it flakes bad. i have used great lash since i was 14 (now 53) and love it. also just tried one by one volume and love it. whats with the falsies? goes on bad too. thanks!

I love this stuff but hate the smell. Smells like Kerosene. It took me a couple of days to figure out where this stink was coming from… finally figured it out. It was ME!

Yesterday a co-worker came in my office and said “what’s that smell?” I was too embarrassed to say it was my makeup.

I’m wondering if this stuff is safe to breath. I really don’t want to give it up.

I do like this mascara.. I have the shade in Blackest Black and really do like this shade.. I’m disappointed that the last 2 tubes I purchased were already dry once I opened the tubes.
I did return the mascara’s back to the stores with my receipt.. finally after the 3rd tube.. this mascara has a happy home in my makeup bag

i was putting this mascara on in the back seat of the car and my dad’s like ‘Why does my car smell like spilled beer??” lmao i think it smelled ok..not fab, not terrible

PS it’s really easy to get the lashes in the inner-most corner of my eye now!! TIP do NOT put another coat on after the first one dries…CLUMPS HAPPEN! lol and it’s not pretty!

okay, so i bought his mascara. a tip for all you beautiful people who live near a Rite Aid Pharmacy–BUY IT THERE!! lol they have a guarantee that if you don’t like it you can get you money back. (a plus plus plus because i was NOT confident about buying this mascara.) so anyway–I REALLY like it. If you wanna take 2 extra seconds and scrape some extra formula off the wand that works for me and some of my friends but others don’t need to do that. i find that it helped the little bit of clumping that happend. If you wanna take another 2 seconds and use a lash comb (i use an old mascara wand that’s shaped like a comb) when you’re all done…voila! it’s pretty chill. the smell–people WOULD NOT SHUT UP about the smell the smell the smell…….blah blah blah blah blah blah. I personally think it’s got a pretty smell…it was a nice change from my other mascara. i was kind of leery because i obviously didn’t want, like, a ‘wet dog’ smell on my eyelashes or anything but i was pleasntly surprised. OK…i think i coverd everything i wanted to cover….oh yeah…the volume claim. it is IMPOSSIBLE (i stress this) for any mascara in the WORLD (i stress again) to give you 9x the volume. OK? so DON’T….DO NOT go into the store believing that claim. i feel sorry for the nice people who did. i sure didn’t and i wasn’t disapointed. so, please, for your own sake, know that 9x the volume would 1) never happen and 2) if it did happen you’d look like a fool (think about it– if every eyelash is 9x thicker…you’d have like one big eyelash!) this was a good mascara and while it didn’t do EXACTLY what it claimed it would i am probably going to keep it. yaaayyy!!!!!!!!

Nora: The smell isn't very noticeable at all, especially when you're wearing it. Also, the flaking isn't so bad either. But if you want something that looks more natural, you may want to try something else. Cover Girl Exact Eyelights Mascara was a good one I tried that looked more natural. does this mascara make your lashes look super fake? i love a very natural look. i’ve heard quite a bit about how much it smells, is it horrible or ignorable? is the flaking a serious problem? thanks for your help in advance.

dee: Really? It’s weird. For some people, such as myself, this mascara works great. And others, like you and layla, it sucks.

I guess the real take away for people reading this is to try it first, if you can, because you may not like it as much as I did.

I bought this product with high hopes and was let down. I found it awful and it took about 7 coats to make a difference to my lashes. Ended up using my old mascara which is practically empty, which did a much better job.

Will be throwing out. Waste of money in my opinion.

I hate this product it is flakey and it clumps lashes togethere just for the record the lash blast from covergirl works a lot better and
it actually lanthens when i tried the colossal i already dicided to
throw it away the lash blast is the best!!!!!
