Today’s the first day of Lipstick Week!

To kick things off, I’ll show you my look for today.  Since I’m wearing some type of blue and red, I decided to bring that to my eye makeup.  Then, I chose a lipstick that would go well with it.

My intention wasn’t to go all USA patriotic, but it did end up looking that way, huh?  That’s alright.  I match, anyway.

I think I chose the right color for the lips.  Here’s a close up view:

Nice, huh?  Sometimes this orangey-red shade doesn’t look so great on me, but I seem to be pulling it off today.

I used:

• IsaDora Lip Treat Color in #8 Pomegranate $11.00

This lipstick is good because it has a sparkle/shimmer to it to add highlight to the lips.  It’s flavored, too.  Not that that’s generally a good thing.  But it does make it smell good!  Like pomegranates!

You may be able to tell from the coloring in the photo that it’s a pretty overcast day.  I love rain!

That also means that I’m doing things indoors.  For ol’ Trisha here, that means video games.  I’m playing Tales of Vesperia.
