Beauty Review: L’Oreal Paris Vive Pro Color Vive Conditioning Treatment
I love me some deep conditioner. It usually works so much better than regular conditioner. I’d rather condition a few times a week with the deep stuff than every day with the other. But that’s just me.
I got a gold of L’Oreal Paris Vive Pro Color Vive Conditioning Treatment and thought I’d give it a go.
This product supposedly works best for people with color treated hair. I happen to be one of those people. You can find this online and in drug and department stores. Prices vary, but you can usually find it for around $4.00 per bottle.
Let’s see how well L’Oreal Paris Vive Pro Color Vive Conditioning Treatment reviewed:
How does it smell?
This is probably the best thing about this product. It smells absolutely wonderful. Sort of like candy and a light perfume scent. I have sensitive skin and I can’t be around harsh fragrances. I didn’t have a problem with this. It didn’t irritate my skin at all.
How well does it condition?
I’ve used several different brands of deep conditioners, and some work better than this. I could tell that it was deep conditioning, but it just didn’t work as well as some others.
Although there are better ones out there, this deep conditioner still works better than regular, every day conditioner. So, it’s not bad.
Does it do as promised?
The front of the bottle says:
intensely moisturizes & keeps color truer longer
Now, as mentioned above, it doesn’t moisturize as well as comparable products, but it still does a good job. As for color, my hair did seem to look healthier and the color look more dynamic. It could have just been all in my head, but I did see a positive difference.
The Final Verdict
The scent of a hair product is a really big deal to me, and few products rival L’Oreal Paris Vive Pro Color Vive Conditioning Treatment when it comes to the way it smells. That said, I’ve had better when it comes to conditioning in general. For that reason, I give this product a:
Have you tried it? Did you like the smell as much as I did?
