My birthday was Monday! I turned 26. That’s why it was so quiet around here. I was far too busy celebrating my birth.

I’m looking particularly pretty this April Fool’s, so I thought I’d share my look:

Since I’m wearing a pink top today, I thought I’d match with some pink eye makeup. And, as luck would have it, pink seems to be the makeup color of the season. Aren’t I just the trendiest?

Here’s what I used for the look:

• On the outer third of the lid: L’Oreal HiP Shocking Shadow Pigments in Fiery.
• On the middle third of the lid: Urban Decay Eyeshadow Ammo Shadow Box in Sin.
• On the inside third of the lid: Elite Pro Cosmetics 88 Eye Shadow Pallet in a very light yellowish white.
• On the lashes: Cover Girl Exact Eyelights Mascara in Black Ruby on the top and bottom lashes.

That’s it. I didn’t wear any lipstick. Instead, I just used a swipe on some lip balm. Simple, simple, simple.

If you’re wondering how to do this look, it is awfully similar to the Geranium Makeup Tutorial I did in the past. Although today’s look is a bit more subtle.
