The weather is finally showing signs of summer. I really needed the heat!

And, with heat comes fire, and with fire comes smoke. Thus, I did a smoky eye today. Take a gander, ladies:

My mom decided to take over my grandma’s Luzier side business and she sent her all her old eye shadows. Since most of them aren’t available anymore anyway, I got to keep them. Jackpot! So most of today’s look was done with those new-to-me eye shadows.

Here’s what I used:

Face

• Luzier Translucent Powder all over my face, but especially around my eyes. It helps the shadow blend better.
• Almay Smart Shade Blush in #010 Pink on my cheeks and near my temples.

Eyes

• Luzier Eye Shadows in shades of black, grey and light lavender. I put the black at the outside corner of my eye, then blended grey into it and into my crease, then I put light lavender on the middle of my lid, under the crease.
• Elite Pro Cosmetics 88 Eye Shadow Pallet in a light beige color. I put this at the inside corner of my eye.
• L’Oreal Pencil Perfect Eyeliner in Black just on the lower lash waterline.
• Max Factor Volume Couture Mascara in Black Brown on the top and bottom lashes.

Lips

• Avon Ultra Color Rich Extra Plump Lipstick in H03 Pink Sunset. I’ll be doing a review of this soon!
