Face of the Day 08-10-2009 A Bit of Gold
I’ve been very productive today. I guess I’m just having one of those really good Mondays. They’re rare!
Since I’m having ‘linner’ (lunch+dinner, like brunch) with my mom today, I decided to get all dolled up. Well, I probably would have gotten dolled regardless. 
I don’t really need an excuse.
Check out the look:
Pretty snazzy, eh? Lots of different colors. Here’s the products I used:
Face
- Maybelline Pure Makeup foundation in Creamy Natural #5. I put it just underneath my eyes.
- Luzier Translucent Powder Compact on my face, especially around my eyes and nose.
Eyes
- Stila Charmed Eye Shadow Palette from the Indian Summer collection. It’s a quad that comes with dark plum, blue, pink and gold metallic colors. They’re made with real gold.
- Maybelline Define-A-Line eyeliner in Soft Black. I added a thin line at the top lid from outer corner to about halfway in. I also used it on the water line of the bottom lid.
- Max Factor Volume Couture Mascara in Black Brown on the top and bottom lashes.
Lips
- Avon SpectraColor Lipstick in The Roses.
So, are we the only ones that call it linner? Or do some people call it lupper? Lunch-supper? ‘Brunch’ is so popular, why not also have linner? I don’t see anything wrong with that.
