When’s the Last Time You Cleaned Out Your Makeup Kit?
It’s a good idea to clean out your makeup kit a few times a year. You’ll want to get rid of:
- Expired makeup.
- Dried out mascara or liquid foundation.
- Makeup you didn’t like.
- Makeup you haven’t used in over a year.
After all, if the stuff isn’t good anymore, why keep it?
And if there’s anything unopened that you have a change of heart over, you can give it to a makeup-loving friend.
Have you cleared out your makeup recently?
Honestly, I’m bad with this. I rarely throw any makeup away. I’ll usually only get rid of something if it’s not usable anymore. Otherwise, it stays in my kit.
Obviously, do as I say, and not as I do. 
Do you have a regular routine for clearing out your makeup cabinet, or do you only do it sporadically?

I have this makeup case I just sort of throw everything into, and I know it’s time to clean it out when I can’t zip it… at the rate I buy makeup, it’s about every two weeks. haha

Just about 1 week ago…if you can believe it or not my all makeup kit (inlcuding brushes) is in small silver box
. I’m really thinking about making a post about it…but I don’t think it would be so interesting since I don’t keep so much makeup. I usually give makeup to friends because I get many products and I don’t have time to use them 
Tavia: Yeah, I give away my makeup, too. Especially if I have two of the same product. I guess that’s the benfefit of being friends with a beauty blogger, huh?
