If you don&#039;t exfoliate your lips, you are merely putting balm on dead skin and it won&#039;t relieve your chapped lips! I love the Philosophy product you mentioned because it&#039;s not too harsh. The sugar exfoliants are way too rough and make my lips hurt.</description>

Just take a couple of pinches in your hand and wet it with a couple of drops of water. So that it has a consistency to be a scrub but isn&#039;t too runny.Then rub it all over your lips like you normally would. It makes you lips really soft =).And apply chapstick afterwards too.</description>
