I once reviewed Avon Ultra Color Rich Extra Plump Lipstick. I gave it a C+.

Now Avon has a new line of Ultra Color Rich lipsticks called Mega Impact. Not only is the actual stick a little different as evidenced by the picture above, the color is ultra pigmented and bright, unlike the plumping lipstick. Check out some swatches of the Brilliant Berry version:

It’s slightly shimmery and shiny. It’s got a lot of pigment, that’s for sure.

My lips are bare and product free on the left. On the right is a few coats of Avon Ultra Color Rich Mega Impact Lipstick. Quite a difference.
