Instead, I’m in a place that has this kind of weather:

Brrr! That’s Fahrenheit, y’all. And when I click that little “ALERT!” icon, it tells me that there’s a winter weather advisory and a wind chill advisory. Ugh.

So, of course I wanted to do a makeup look today that would put me in a beachy mood. Here’s what I came up with:

I normally straighten my bangs, but they seemed awfully beachy natural like this.

Check out the bronzer. I bronzer’d the heck out of my cheeks, nose and temples using Maybelline Blush Bronzer in Sunlight.

I wanted something subtle for my eyes. I used the white, gold and bronze eye shadow shades from the Cover Girl Eye Enhancers compact in Coffee Shop to create a slightly bronzes subtle smoky eye.

Then, I lined all around my eyes with Milani Easyliner Retractable Pencil in Brazilian Brown and used Max Factor Volume Couture mascara in Black Brown on the top and bottom lashes.

Finally, I wanted my lips to be shimmery, sheer and slightly pink. So, I used L’Oreal HiP Color Presso lip gloss in Swanky.

Though I may not be able to lay out on a beach today, I can at least look like it.

Also, I’m starting to set up my Christmas decorations today. I’ll have pictures next week!
