Nails of the Day: Pink and Purple Candy
Okay. I know I said I would do this nail look for Easter…but I just couldn’t wait that long!
I mean, purple and pink? Way adorable.
For today’s nails, I used the pink (strawberry) and purple (grape) colors from the Runts Candy Scented Nail Polish 6 Pack.
Not only are the colors cute, they smell awesome, too. How could I resist?
Pretty, huh? The pink and purple go together really well. Yes, it reminds me of Easter. I’ll wear it for that holiday as well, just you wait.
That’s three coats, there. I could have gotten away with two, but I did one more for good measure.
On a side note, my friend gave me a book for Christmas, Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging by Louise Rennison. It was good!
It’s in diary format (which I love), and the main character is an English teenage girl. Know what that means? Loads of British slang! They even have a glossary in the back.
My favorite of all the slang in the book: “Double cool with knobs.”
I repeat…
“Double cool with knobs.”
How awesome is that?! I have to use it all the time now.

MM: You should definitely read the book. It’s short and a fun read. I definitely needed to read something like that as I’d just finished a scary book about a serial killer, which gave me nightmares.
