Icy Blue Eye Shadow Tutorial Video
Remember the super pretty icy blue eye shadow I did for a recent Face of the Day? It looked like this:
So icy and blue and awesome. It was so cute and everyone liked it, so I thought I’d do a tutorial.
And, just to be even more awesome, I did a video tutorial. If you want to do this makeup look, just follow along.
This look is perfect for people who are afraid of blue eye shadow or don’t think they can pull it off. I always felt that way, but look! Super cute! So, try it out! It has subtle blue but is still dramatic.
