So begins another day of the week of giveaways for Makeup Files’ 3rd anniversary.
Yesterday was all about fragrance. Today? Hair.
Rather than give you products from just one hair brand, I decided to give you a variety this time around.

Contest Rules
The giveaway for this big hair package worth $39.94 starts right now and ends Tuesday, May 3rd, 2011 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time. Get in your entries before the end of the giveaway.
To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years old and live in the US or Canada. (We can’t ship to PO Boxes, sorry!) Leave a valid email address in the “Email” section of the comment form below (but not in the actual comment) so I can contact you.
I’ll pick a winner at random from the eligible comments and retweets and contact them via email. If I don’t hear from the winner within 48 hours after I contact them, I’ll pick a new winner. Remember to get back to me!

I love my hair. I love the style and the funkiness of it.
Honestly, it’s much more about what my hair needs to be more like-able! I keep it fairly short and like my old ’80s’ spikey-thang — but it does wreak havoc with the health of my hair, having only drug store quality hair products at hand. I have extremely thin, fine stick-straight hair. Due to a hormonal imbalance, under-active thyroid, and several severe illnesses over the past few years, I even have a few almost completely bald spots in top and the sides! What I DO like about my hair, though, is that the little I have, is very shiny and healthy. We can at least be thankful for small favors, right?
The thing I love about my hair is that it’s naturally wavy. I hated the way it looked when I was a kid.
I like my hair when it’s short because then it stays out of my eyes . When I was younger I liked it long but hated the tangles .

I have always loved that I have thick hair. I am currently growing it long after having it short for about 10 years. It is thick and wavy and I love it. I just wish it would grow faster! It is just touching my shoulders now, so I am going to let it go for another 6 inches.
It is going to be so much fun to be able to have different styles again. When it was short, there was very little that I could do with it.

my hair is naturally curly, and for years i fought it. now my sister is a stylist and has helped me embrace the curl. so now I love it!
I love how fast my hair grows! I can chop it off, change it up, or donate it and if I don’t like the style, it won’t be long til its back!
