Nutrisystem Nation Week 3 Results and NS Newbie Tips
Did any of you watch Prince William’s wedding to Kate Middleton? I did! I stayed up late. My mom came over at 2 AM and we drank cocoa (20 calorie cocoa for me!) and watched the spectacle. Those hats! A cleaned up David Beckham! Lace sleeves that actually looked good on a wedding dress!
Normally for special occasions, food is always involved. But since I’m on Nutrisystem and committed to losing weight, my mom and I decided to only eat vegetables as a snack while we watched the wedding (after all, I didn’t want to add many more calories onto my full day of food).
But when 2 AM rolled around, I just wasn’t hungry. Neither was she. So we didn’t eat anything. I mean, I would normally be sleeping at that time anyway.
And that really paid off, when you consider how much weight I lost this week.
