Nutrisystem Nation Week 7 Results and Favorite Foods Video
As I mentioned in last week’s update, I’m a day late for my week 7 update. I spent the weekend at a science fiction convention, nerding it up. Now that I have the time, I’m pretty excited to update you all on my Nutrisystem progress.
First, weigh-in, and then I’ll explain.
Milestone 1: I got past 20 pounds! It only took 7 weeks. And I’ll also get a new Nutribear out of it, which I’m excited about.
Milestone 2: I now have less than 100 pounds to lose. To be more specific, now I have 97.6 pounds to lose before I hit the weight I want to be. That means that I don’t have to add extra food anymore.
My favorite Nutrisystem Foods
Since I’ve been on Nutrisystem for almost 2 months, I thought I’d tell you a bit about my favorite foods. In video form!
Here, I talk about my favorites in each meal category, along with honorable mentions and a few foods I didn’t like. Enjoy!

- Week 2: –2.4 pounds (-8.8 total)
- Week 3: –3.8 pounds (-12.6 total)
- Week 4: –2.4 pounds (-15.0 total)
- Week 5: –3.0 pounds (-18.0 total)
- Week 6: –1.6 pounds (-19.6 total)
- Week 7: –3.4 pounds (-23.0 total)
