Nutrisystem Nation Week 7 Results and Favorite Foods Video

As I mentioned in last week’s update, I’m a day late for my week 7 update. I spent the weekend at a science fiction convention, nerding it up. Now that I have the time, I’m pretty excited to update you all on my Nutrisystem progress.

nutrisystemLogoWhy am I so excited? Well, I hit a few milestones this week.

First, weigh-in, and then I’ll explain.

I lost 3.4 pounds this week, for a total of 23.0 pounds lost in the last 7 weeks. Wow!

Now, for my personal weight loss milestones achieved in week 7.

Milestone 1: I got past 20 pounds! It only took 7 weeks. And I’ll also get a new Nutribear out of it, which I’m excited about.

Milestone 2: I now have less than 100 pounds to lose. To be more specific, now I have 97.6 pounds to lose before I hit the weight I want to be. That means that I don’t have to add extra food anymore.

My favorite Nutrisystem Foods

Since I’ve been on Nutrisystem for almost 2 months, I thought I’d tell you a bit about my favorite foods. In video form!

Here, I talk about my favorites in each meal category, along with honorable mentions and a few foods I didn’t like. Enjoy!

And of course, here’s a list of my progress from week to week:

  • Week 1: –6.4 pounds
  • Week 2: –2.4 pounds (-8.8 total)
  • Week 3: –3.8 pounds (-12.6 total)
  • Week 4: –2.4 pounds (-15.0 total)
  • Week 5: –3.0 pounds (-18.0 total)
  • Week 6: –1.6 pounds (-19.6 total)
  • Week 7: –3.4 pounds (-23.0 total)

I hope you had a good Memorial Day weekend. I did! It was full of nerdy awesomeness.

  1. Congrats, Trisha! Keep up the good work, and yay for new Nutribears xD I probaby could stand to lose 10 lbs or so for summer…so out of shape right now lol. I’ll probably start running this week.

    • Thanks, MM! You’re super awesome. The 20 pound Nutribear is on its way. I can’t wait to find it growling on my doorstep.

And you should totally start running. I envy people who can run for long periods of time. That stuff is hard.

  2. Trisha, I’ve been reading your blog in chronological order so it may be that I just haven’t read the post addressing my issue or maybe I missed it previously. My question is: what exercises were you doing to lose weight so successfully in the first 7 weeks and so on?

    • Hi, Tearra!

I actually didn’t exercise in the beginning. I’ve found that, for me, food affected my weight way more than exercising. Fitness is important, but it helped my health in other non-weight-related ways.
