It Tickles: Bliss Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Mask
I love masks! No, not the scary ones people wear on Halloween. I’m talking about the beauty products you smear on your face for a while to make your skin feel so much better afterward.
I was really excited to try out the Bliss Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Mask. This is directly from Bliss, a series of famous spas from New York and California.
How does it work?
This is pretty simple. First, wash your face with cleanser.
Then, with your face is still moist, just pop off the cap and squirt a few spurts into your palm.
Bliss suggests using this 3 times a week at most.
How does it smell?
Divine. Luckily for me, the slightly sweet grapefruit scent wasn’t perfume-y at all. It smelled a lot like the way it looks: light peachy pink.
So, is it totally awesome?
In some ways, that’s a definite yes. I loved how quick it was to use. Just put it on your face, wait five minutes, and then wash it off.
They call it a “super-quick-fix for dull, tired skin” and I think that’s right on the money. I saw results immediately. My skin looked fresh and bright and the skin tone had evened out.
One slight downside, though: this stuff tickles. As it gets on your skin, it suds up, and it tickles like crazy. Not in a way that’s alarming or bad, but just like someone is attacking my face with a feather.
Because of the tickles, I found it really hard to wait 5 minutes before washing it off.
How’s the price?
As you may guess, this high-class spa product costs more than something you’d find at a drugstore. Bliss Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Mask costs $52 for a 3.4 oz bottle.
Good side: This stuff lasts. The bottle is so big that I know I’ll be able to use it a dozen or more times before I run out. Thus, totally worth the money.
The Final Verdict
This stuff is awesome. The Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Mask from Bliss didn’t irritate my sensitive skin and I saw results immediately after washing it off. Still, it was really hard for me to stand the tickling sensation. For all of these reasons, I give this mask an…
