I hope everyone had an awesome Thanksgiving.

Mine was lovely. Hanging out with the family, eating yummy food. I wish Thanksgiving was more often than just once a year. Don’t you?

Don’t worry, I didn’t go overboard for the holiday. Basically, I just ate responsibly. Plus, I made a crustless pumpkin pie so I could save some calories on the dessert.

I lost 2.2 pounds this week! That brings my total to 69.4 pounds lost in 33 weeks.

That’s right, I actually lost 2.2 pounds over Thanksgiving week. I’m awesome!
