Nutrisystem Nation Week 34 Results

Happy Monday!

This week is kind of a bummer. I know most of my Nutrisystem posts are awesome, but, things can’t be great all the time, can they?

Was it the weigh-in?

Yes, it was. Good guess! Here’s what the scale said this morning:

I gained a pound this week. That brings my total to 68.4 pounds lost in 34 weeks.

What a bummer, huh? Gaining weight = not so good.

I’m not sure how it happened, but I’m going to chock it up to the natural ebb and flow of weight loss. And when you consider how much weight I’ve lost over all…I really can’t complain.

I’m not going to let it get me down. On to the next week!

Here’s my progress over these last 34 weeks:

  1. That’s a bummer but it’s only a small gain. You’ve been doing so well so far and I’m sure you’ll lose it soon. Have you been exercising lately? Maybe it’s muscle gain?
