Crop Top NATION: Fool Proof Ways to Pull off a Crop Top
This may come as a surprise, but the crop top have been favored everywhere again this season, especially in our range of women’s fashion online. We definitely haven’t seen the last of them.
Personally, I’m in love with the spring trend of crop tops. However some of you may be like myself and think, eeekkkk! Can I really pull a crop top off? Well, the answer is, sure you can. Just skip the burger for lunch when you intend to wear a crop that day. All jokes aside, pulling off a crop top doesn’t have to be so intimidating. Firstly you don’t have to bare all your stomach. After all, the crop top can be rather sophisticated, elegant, and sexy so there needn’t be any tardiness about it.
There are plenty of ways to wear the crop top. Here are my tips on how to wear your crop the right way:
I always style my clients when opting for a crop top to have it teamed with a high waist bottom. It’s super flattering: it doesn’t matter if you are amazingly curvy or super thin – high waist bottoms will always accentuate your waistline. Always. It really comes down to proportion when playing with a crop top. The full skirts have set a trend back from the 1950s – hollaaaaa! So play your crop top with this style.
Another gorgeous yet more conservative bottom is a fitted midi skirt, especially with a fitted designed crop top. I believe length in the skirt just delivers so much shape to a woman’s body. Now, if you can get your hands on an amazing super high waist jean, well done. Rock it with a relaxed sports style crop top. Not very easy to come across high waist trousers, but when you do, I suggest you invest.
Consider more than one colour also (I do currently have an amazing pair of black dungarees online at the moment. For those of you who may not know what a dungaree is, it’s pretty much like an overall. I paired this with a super cute tartan long sleeve crop (no burgers that day).
