Nutrisystem Nation Week 68 Results and a List of Goals

It has begun. I only have 4 weeks left on Nutrisystem. My last month. Ahhh!

Goals for the Next 4 Weeks

I thought I’d make the most of these last 4 weeks on Nutrisystem. That means I’ve got some goals I want to hit by my last day.

  • Make a video about my plans after Nutrisystem.
  • Lose a total of 100 pounds. (I’m close!)
  • Enter the “Normal” BMI weight range. (Also close.)
  • Keep on track with eating and exercising.
  • Talk about the changes I’ve experience, whether in a blog post or video.
  • Take another after picture.

I have four weeks to do those things, and I plan to hit them all.

Let’s weigh in.

This morning, the scale had this to say:

I lost 1.2 pounds this week! That means I’ve lost 97.6 pounds total in 68 weeks!

That 100-pounds-lost goal looks pretty doable, huh? No problem!

It’s pretty awesome that after more than a year, I can still lose this kind of weight. It makes me confident that I can stick to this long after Nutrisystem.

Body measurements, y’all!

I measure my body every 4 weeks. Here are the changes from week 64 to now:

  • Upper Arm: No Change (-5 inches total)
  • Chest: No Change (-12.5 inches total)
  • Waist: –1.0 inch (-13 inches total)
  • Hips: –0.25 inches (13.25 inches total)
  • Thigh: No Change (-6.5 inches total)

That means I’ve lost 1.25 inches overall in the last 4 weeks, and 50.25 inches total over 68 weeks.

Looking good!

Here’s my progress from the beginning:

      As awesome as losing 100 pounds will be (and it definitely will be) that isn’t my end goal. I have about 120 pounds total to lose. But I am getting pretty close to that, too!

      And, even though I won’t be writing about Nutrisystem anymore, I’ll still be updating my progress when I hit certain weight loss milestones.

      But, I’ll post more about that later…
