Pixi Glow Tonic Review and Pictures
Do you use toner in your daily skincare routine? I tend to use it only off and on since I’ve never really found one that I loved. Perhaps that ends today, because I got to try the Pixi Glow Tonic.
Speaking of aloe vera, this ingredient seems to be the one creating most of the scent. I say this because the Glow Tonic smells like other aloe vera skincare products I’ve used. It smells like bitter plants and reminds me of how skincare products smelled in the 1980s and ‘90s.
I’m not a big fan of how it smells. It’s not terrible, but it is weird.
What works: My skin felt soft and clean after using this. It didn’t irritate my sensitive skin. It does a good job of removing dirt or makeup that the cleanser missed. Plus, it seems to exfoliate my skin and slightly reduce pores.
What doesn’t work: Pixi promises that the Glow Tonic will brighten and firm skin. I didn’t notice any brightening or toning after a few weeks of use (besides the reduced pores).
