Birchbox Subscriptions: What You Missed in February 2014
If you’ve been thinking of signing up, let’s see what you missed in February.
There were lots of things subscribers could have gotten in their box, including OPI and Smashbox. I’ll show you what I got!
Let’s take a closer look!
First, I got the Beauty Protector Protect & Oil. This is a hair oil you can use on damp or dry hair. My favorite thing about this one? The scent! It smells just like vanilla sugar and reminds me of Suave Professionals Moroccan Infusion Styling Oil.
In this Birchbox, I got the Ruby Wing Color Changing Nail Polish in Kitten Heels. It changes in the sun. Inside, it’s hot pink. Outside, it turns red.
Perhaps I’ll use it in an NOTD soon!
Next in the box, a sample of Juicy Couture perfume in Couture La La Malibu.
Unfortunately, this scent is pretty generic. It smelled like so many other perfumes. Good thing this is a sample size, then!
One of my favorite things from the box: The Dr. Brandt Pores No More Pore Refiner.
This stuff works well as a makeup base or primer. It has a bit of a beige tint, but it’s not super pigmented. It also smells like herbs, which I like.
The US Weekly Birchbox came with a lifestyle extra: 32 Oral Care Effervescent Breath Crystals.
I’ll put it to you this way: they are basically minty Pop Rocks. And, instead of them being labeled candy, they’re breath fresheners.
Yeah, I thought these were awesome.
Do you have a Birchbox subscription?
If so, what came in your US Weekly box for February? Did you get anything cool that didn’t come in mine?
